It is a class for EVERYONE! All age and physical ability
In this class, we will practice some breathing, gentle stretches to get the body moving for the first few mins. A slightly more energetic practice to follow but don’t worry variations for different abilities are always offered so you are welcome to practice what feels right for you. And always finishing the class with a much -needed and delicious relaxation at the end.
Most of the people in the class started out as complete yoga newbies and it is a warm and welcoming group of people! We always have some laughter and fun in class!

Suitable from 14 weeks till birth
The prenatal yoga classes include various breathing techniques, gentle movement and stretches to accommodate the ever-changing body during pregnancy, lots of pregnancy and birthing related chats and tips and always ending the class a much-needed relaxation. It is also a great way to meet some follow pregnant ladies/bumps in the local areas.
£40 (for a block of 4 sessions)

Private yoga classes with me give you the opportunity to really get to grips with yoga. They’re tailored to YOUR needs and goals.
If you are a beginner we learn the key poses and breathing techniques that will be the foundation of your practice going forwards. If you are more experienced, you might choose to work on certain poses you find challenging. You might wish to focus on building strength. You might simply like to treat yourself to a session with the sole attention of a teacher to guide you.
You will receive undivided attention and advice as well as a personalised sequence to follow and practise at home.
