I was first introduced to yoga in my early twenties (somewhat nearly 30 years ago!) and I have always loved how my body feels after a yoga class. In my 30s, with a busy job in hectic industry, I managed to keep up with my yoga practice, again because I love how my body AND mind feel after a class.
I finally took the plunge and trained in Rishikesh, India with the Akhanda yoga family in 2009 before I moved to the UK from Vancouver, Canada.
I started teaching prenatal yoga in 2011 simply because I couldn’t find a suitable class near where we lived, and I am so glad I did! Yoga has been a constant in my life through out some of the most challenging times and I know I can always find a little peace on my yoga mat.
Now I teach prenatal yoga and yoga for everyone in Worsley, Manchester.
I hope to share a little bit of yoga love with you all. Hopefully you will love how your body and mind feel after a yoga class.
